f4thom Project Messaging is a text messaging program operated by f4thom (Coltin Morrison, Salt Lake City, UT). It is used to follow up on website project inquiries, schedule calls, share quotes and scoping details, send status updates on in-progress work, and answer questions you direct to us. Messages may be two-way (we may reply to messages you send us).
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on the request form at f4thom.com/request and submitting your phone number. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service — you can still work with us without opting in. By checking that box you confirm that the phone number provided is yours and that you agree to receive SMS messages from f4thom related to your inquiry or project.
Frequency varies based on your project. You should expect a handful of messages per week while an active project or conversation is in progress, and few or no messages between projects. There is no fixed schedule and no marketing or promotional blasts.
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. f4thom does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from the program unless you opt in again. You can also email coltin@natronlegacy.com to be removed.

The program is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers, consent records, and message content are processed only by f4thom and by Telnyx (our SMS service provider acting as a processor on our behalf). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and you must be the subscriber of the mobile number you submit, to opt in to this program.
We may update these terms from time to time. If material changes affect your participation, we'll post the revised effective date above and, where appropriate, send a notice via SMS or email.
