Fathom LLC (Coltin Morrison, Woods Cross, UT) operates two separate text messaging programs. These terms cover both. Neither program sends marketing or promotional messages, and the two are kept separate — opting in to one does not enroll you in the other.
Used to follow up on website project inquiries, schedule calls, share quotes and scoping details, send status updates on in-progress work, and answer questions you direct to us. Messages may be two-way (we may reply to messages you send us).
How to opt in: check the SMS consent box on the request form at f4thom.com/request and submit your phone number. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service — you can still work with us without opting in. By checking that box you confirm that the phone number provided is yours and that you agree to receive SMS messages from f4thom related to your inquiry or project.
Message frequency: varies based on your project. Expect a handful of messages per week while an active project or conversation is in progress, and few or no messages between projects.
Used only with families we are actively serving, about a funeral or cremation already being arranged: confirming service times and locations, letting you know paperwork or certified death certificates are ready, answering questions about your arrangements, and coordinating details on your behalf. Messages are two-way — you can reply to us and we will answer. Messages are sent from (385) 832-1484.
How to opt in. You opt in by sending a text to our business line, (385) 832-1484, which is published on our arrangements page together with these disclosures. Texting that number is your consent for us to text you back about your arrangements, and we reply in the same conversation. We never buy, rent, or obtain phone numbers from anyone else, and we do not add numbers from any other source to this program.
Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase, and you can be served without opting in — if you would rather not text, we will reach you by phone or email instead.
Message frequency: varies with what is happening in your arrangements. Expect a few messages in the days around a service and rarely any afterwards. There is no fixed schedule.
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Fathom LLC does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may. This applies to both programs.
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from that program unless you opt in again. Opting out of one program does not opt you out of the other. You can also email coltin@natronlegacy.com to be removed. Opting out of arrangement messaging does not affect the funeral services we are providing — we will simply reach you by phone or email instead.

Both programs are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers, consent records, and message content are processed only by Fathom LLC and by Telnyx (our SMS service provider acting as a processor on our behalf). Messages exchanged with families about an arrangement are treated as part of that family's confidential case record. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and you must be the subscriber of the mobile number you submit, to opt in to either program.
We may update these terms from time to time. If material changes affect your participation, we'll post the revised effective date above and, where appropriate, send a notice via SMS or email.
