Privacy Policy

Effective May 13, 2026

f4thom (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a one-person web and automation studio operated by Coltin Morrison in Salt Lake City, Utah. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use f4thom.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you submit through our request form: name, email address, phone number (optional), business name, team size, revenue range, project needs, and any free-text description you provide.
  • SMS consent records: if you check the SMS opt-in box, we record that you consented, the timestamp, and the IP address the consent was submitted from.
  • Basic technical information from your browser: IP address, user agent, and pages viewed. We use this to operate the site and prevent abuse (rate limiting).

How we use information

  • To reply to your inquiry and discuss your project.
  • To send you SMS messages about your project only if you opted in. See our SMS Terms.
  • To send transactional email (quotes, scoping notes, invoices) related to work you've requested.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the site.

SMS messaging

We do not share phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information (including phone numbers, consent records, and SMS content) is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone outside the service providers that operate the messaging itself.

We use Telnyx as our SMS service provider. Telnyx processes message delivery on our behalf as a data processor and is bound by its own privacy and security commitments. No other third party receives your phone number or message content from us.

Full SMS program details, message frequency, opt-in/opt-out instructions, and supported carriers are on our SMS Terms page.

Service providers we rely on

  • Supabase — stores your form submission and SMS consent record.
  • Netlify — hosts the website and serves pages.
  • Telnyx — delivers SMS messages when you've opted in.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy practices. We don't share your data with them for marketing.

How long we keep information

We retain contact form submissions for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting, legal, and reference purposes. SMS consent records are retained for the lifetime of the program plus the period required by applicable law and carrier rules. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

  • SMS: reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You can also email us.
  • Email: reply to any email asking to be removed.
  • Access / deletion: email coltin@natronlegacy.com and we'll handle it.

Security

We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) and rely on Supabase's managed Postgres for storage. No system is perfect — please don't send anything especially sensitive (passwords, payment details, government IDs) through the contact form.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
